My stay at the hotel was truly remarkable. The rooms were great, comfy, and clean, with top views over Bogotá. Although there wasn't a kettle in the room, they provided coffee. As a family of four, we enjoyed the inclusive breakfast, free airport shuttle transfers, and access to the fantastic pool and spa facilities. However, some areas remained untouched and could have been cleaner.
